This day is meant to raise awareness about smoking and its impact on long-term health. For the challenge, we expand that idea to look at any habit, pattern, or influence that slowly undermines your well-being and no longer fits the person you’re becoming.


Insight

It’s usually the repeat patterns that quietly shape your results. When you notice a habit that pulls you off course, you give yourself the chance to choose something better. Awareness is the beginning of change, not the end of it.
