Day 3: Skills to Build

Relate Like Future You — Today Challenge

Goal of the Day

Identify one skill you can strengthen to support your Future Self, without judging where you are now.

Inspiration for the Day

National Humiliation Day is about humility and learning from mistakes. For this challenge, we’re using it as a reminder that growth doesn’t require self-criticism. Building skills happens through practice, patience, and being willing to be imperfect while you learn.

Insight

Skill-building is how your Future Self gets made. Practicing while you feel awkward counts, and it’s usually how real confidence starts. Each time you practice, you’re proving to yourself that growth is something you do, not something you wait for.
